The project is designed to provide a well-being experience within the project area through visual, auditory, olfactory, and tactile sensory perceptions, creating physical and mental comfort for visitors, allowing them to perceive the surrounding environment and natural ecosystem as relaxing, shady, and welcoming.
The design features smooth, flowing lines that complement and emphasize the building’s architectural core. Both vehicular and pedestrian circulation are efficiently planned, with well-proportioned spaces that allow full accessibility for service personnel. A variety of carefully selected plant species provide cooling shade, pleasant fragrance, and soft textures. These plants also help increase oxygen levels in the area while absorbing carbon dioxide and other pollutants. Water features and the gentle sound of flowing water create a visually soothing focal point and enhance the overall sense of relaxation.
