Smyth's Kaset-nawamin

The flooring materials were inspired by the brick patterns of houses from that era, creating a charming pattern for the entrance pavement, swimming pool, and communal gardens.

The communal garden features a simple and elegant design, enhanced with layered plantings arranged to create visual interest and a pleasant rhythm.

The project carefully selected shady perennial plants to create a cool and comfortable feeling. The design of these green spaces considers functionality to provide a relaxing experience for residents in every corner.

 

The communal garden is designed to be simple and relaxing, perfect for light activities and enjoying a quiet moment. Inspired by the idea of “The Secret Garden,” small seating areas are spread throughout,
with trees and plants providing shade and a peaceful atmosphere. The garden is also filled with a variety of plants that bring warmth and freshness to everyone who visits. It is a space designed to offer joy, calm and comfort, while also recharging the energy of all residents who spend time there.
