The iXora Design team has created a landscape that accommodates residents of all ages, achieving a seamless balance between functionality and natural elegance. The existing pond has been reshaped into a flowing, sculptural form that responds harmoniously to the surrounding landform and golf course tee-off areas, enhancing both visual continuity and spatial experience.
A multifunctional pavilion is thoughtfully positioned apart from the main residence to provide a private setting for social gatherings. A refined pier extends toward the water, strengthening the connection between architecture, landscape, and the lake.
The arrival court is defined by a distinctive garden character, featuring bold Agave planting that establishes a strong landscape identity. Subtle detailing, such as slate stone ground cover, helps retain soil moisture while reinforcing a natural and refined atmosphere. Beyond its welcoming role, this area functions as a central hub, linking the main house, lakeside pavilion, pedestrian and jogging paths, and golf cart routes to ensure smooth and intuitive circulation.
Further within the site, the Silver Oak Garden forms a tranquil woodland layer, guiding views and movement toward the lakeside pavilion. Appearing to float above the water, the pavilion opens panoramic lake views and offers residents a serene retreat immersed in nature throughout the day.
