In a burgeoning district characterized by both commercial development and residential expansion, The Line Asoke-Ratchada project distinguishes its landscape design through the "Cloud Nine" concept. This approach cultivates a unique ambiance across all communal areas, from the project's entrance to the building's garden and various shared amenities, each offering distinct experiential qualities.
The project's entrance features decorative pixel walls that provide an open yet private enclosure for the interior lobby. This design is complemented by a prominent vertical garden, serving as a focal point from both external and internal perspectives, thereby maximizing green space within a constrained footprint.
The aquatic facility serves as a central feature of the building, with integrated usage across three levels. The main pool deck includes a substantial lap pool and various seating areas strategically positioned to offer diverse city views and distinct seating arrangements. The second level houses fitness facilities providing panoramic vistas from both sides of the building. This level seamlessly connects to the third floor, which features an outdoor exercise area designed for continuous use. This comprehensive amenity offers opportunities for both physical activity and relaxation, providing an optimal vantage point for appreciating the surrounding urban landscape.
