Grand Bangkok Boulevard Pinklao–Borom represents refined beauty through a Modern Luxury Design concept inspired by the Wells Cathedral in England.
The project reinterprets classic Gothic architecture, featuring elegant arches, balanced symmetry, and timeless details, blending them into a serene and contemporary lifestyle setting.
The landscape design narrative seamlessly integrates the entrance with the project's core elements. A tiered waterfall serves as a welcoming feature, establishing a sense of arrival that complements the Gothic architectural style of the main gate.
This design aesthetic is carried throughout the sculptural roundabout, the clubhouse, and the central garden pavilion, where layered arches ascend gracefully. The interplay of sunlight across the various levels generates dynamic shadows on the water and stone features, thereby enhancing the spatial experience. The central pavilion provides a tranquil environment with cool breezes and the sounds of waterfalls and ponds, while the upper terrace offers expansive garden views, thus creating a serene and sophisticated setting for daily living.
