At the center lies the communal garden and Clubhouse, connected by a covered walkway with ramps designed for all ages, reflecting the principles of Universal Design for inclusive living.

 

At the entrance of the Clubhouse, a courtyard-style garden embraces nature with lush greenery at its center. A Koi pond adds a serene and calming atmosphere, while the open-air swimming pool complex offers spaces for everyone—featuring an 8x25 m. Half Olympic Pool, separate Kids’ Pool, and a relaxing Jacuzzi.

 

From the Clubhouse, walkways and stairs lead seamlessly into the project’s green spaces, designed across two main gardens for easy access.

Located near the Clubhouse, this expansive lawn is shaded by large trees and features a well-zoned playground with colorful safety flooring, climbing equipment, and playful grassy mounds. Inspired by Japanese garden design, warm tones and natural elements create a serene, inviting atmosphere. Highlights include a dry stream lined with decorative pebbles, unique fish sculptures, and cozy seating corners connected by charming bridges.

Set further inside the project, this garden includes a jogging track, shaded seating under feature trees, and a Pet Corner for furry friend. Families can also enjoy an Educational Playground, thoughtfully designed to encourage creativity and hands-on learning in nature.
