Project Layout & Facilities
- Ground Floor
The design takes inspiration from Japanese architecture, featuring Engawa and Chashitsu-shaded relaxation spaces inspired by the Japanese porch and tearoom. At the center lies Nakaniwa Garden, a serene courtyard with pine trees, moss mounds, and gentle greenery, surrounded by peaceful seating areas.
- 2nd Floor
The two L-shaped buildings frame a central courtyard featuring a saltwater swimming pool (5 × 17.5 m, 1.2 m deep) and a Japanese-style Tsukiyama Garden. The infinity-edge pool produces a gentle water sound that enhances the calm atmosphere and blends naturally with the surrounding greenery. Amenities include sun decks, a relaxation balcony, and a floating circular air lounger, along with residential units, a fitness room, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy zone.
- 3rd Floor
Community spaces continue here with a Working Pod and Kitchen Studio, connected smoothly from the 2nd floor by a gentle level transition for easy access.
- 4th–8th Floors
Residential units offering comfort and privacy.
- Rooftop
A landscaped rooftop garden designed for light exercise, leisure walks, and open-air relaxation with panoramic views.
