The entire site is embraced by scenic golf course vistas, enhancing the sense of openness and harmony between architecture and landscape. This seamless integration creates a living environment that reflects understated elegance and enduring classic values.

 

The entrance gateway and decorative screens draw inspiration from geometric forms, combining precision with modern sophistication. Accented by vibrant floral planting, the arrival experience is further enhanced by a monumental water feature, where the gentle sound of flowing water creates a calm and welcoming ambiance.

 

Within the project, a public park is surrounded by expansive golf course and water views, enriching the overall landscape character. The park is divided into two primary zones: Passive and Active. The Passive zone features walkways and seating areas for relaxation, while the Active zone offers large, contoured lawn spaces that extend seamlessly toward the golf course, accommodating a variety of activities. A two-storey multifunctional pavilion serves as a scenic viewpoint, and a children’s playground supports learning and development through numbers, forms, and colors, using impact-absorbing materials to ensure safety.
