The project embodies the core concept of “A New Way of Serenity”, emphasizing a resort-like atmosphere of relaxation (Feel at Peace). The design harmoniously blends modernity with the timeless charm of Thai tradition, with architectural lines inspired by flowing water—a symbol of settlement and the Thai way of life intrinsically tied to nature for generations.

Both the interior and exterior design highlight lush greenery and natural beauty, complemented by thoughtfully selected amenities that foster tranquility, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, and gardens adorned with graceful Thai flowers. Together, these create an ambience of true relaxation every day.

A distinctive highlight of the project lies in its entrance pavilion, inspired by traditional Thai riverside houses and symbolized by a giant banyan tree. Representing shelter and protection, the tree’s unique aerial roots are reinterpreted into lighting features within the gateway, evoking the sensation of passing beneath a majestic banyan before arriving home. Adding to this sense of grandeur, peacocks are gracefully integrated as a welcoming feature—symbolizing power, prestige, and prosperity for residents and visitors alike.
