The iXora Design team has conceived this project under the concept of Well-Living Mastery, aiming to elevate quality of life in a holistic and meaningful way. Inspired by French Haussmann architecture, the landscape design blends the timeless elegance of Europe with the warmth of multi-generation living, creating an environment that supports families across all stages of life.
The project’s communal spaces are organized as a Linear Park, seamlessly connecting a series of activities including relaxation gardens, outdoor fitness walkways, open lawns, and a dedicated, securely enclosed pet park. The sequence continues with a children’s playground featuring a variety of play equipment, complemented by shaded seating areas for parents and caregivers.
The overall atmosphere draws inspiration from the Tuileries Garden in Paris, expressed through the concept of “Summer in Paris” and a thoughtfully curated Sensory Garden, allowing residents to engage with nature through scent, color, sound, and touch.
At the main entrance, the design reflects the refined grandeur of the Haussmann style. The gateway is set back from the main road to enhance safety, providing a clearly organized drop-off and waiting area before gently transitioning from the public realm into a calm and private garden environment.
