The iXora Design team has conceived this landscape under the concept of Delightful & Relaxing Landscape, creating a warm and welcoming environment designed for relaxation and shared enjoyment. Soft, flowing curves express a sense of continuity and spatial fluidity, while a diverse selection of planting and tactile surfaces enriches sensory experiences throughout the garden. The space is thoughtfully planned to support a wide range of activities for all age groups.
The central garden is directly connected to the clubhouse through a Sensory Garden, which serves as a welcoming transition space, gently guiding visitors into the heart of the landscape.
Key features include an expansive lawn for family activities, with seating areas thoughtfully arranged along the walkways; a stone reflexology path that stimulates the senses and encourages blood circulation; and a children’s playground designed to promote learning through numbers and geometric forms, supporting fine motor skill development. Clear sightlines and comfortable seating allow parents to supervise their children with ease.
A dedicated pet park, securely enclosed for safety, is equipped with play and exercise features, allowing pets and their owners to enjoy active moments together in a joyful and relaxed environment.
